I found it really easy to make an order and when I had to make a change after booking to the delivery time, I sent an email and it was dealt with straight away. The lady was very nice and I got a notification email to tell me when the flowers had been delivered. My auntie was extremely happy with the flowers I ordered for her birthday and said they were beautiful.

My beautiful flowers were delivered on time but unfortunately to the incorrect address. However when I queried my order it was swiftly dealt with and a new fresh bouquet was prepared and delivered to the correct address. I always use this service to deliver flowers across the world and it has always been excellent.

Delivered later than expected but that was partly my fault as I thought the florists were closer to the address. Communication was very good though and beautiful flowers happily received.
